As a courtesy to our customers, Keystone Auctions will transfer the items purchased to the shipper below only after payment has been received. **A 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE will be added to invoice (shows in the Tax and Fee line) and can be excluded for cash, MO, or check payments received by payment deadline. Keystone Auction will file a dispute if payment is not received within 10 day regardless of payment arrangements. Purchases paid for with personal or business checks will not be released until payment has cleared.
